Description:
Textboxes do not survive saving. After opening a saved document, textboxes decompose into simpler objects.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a textbox and type in a text
Note that inserted textbox is marked with blue border and green dots in corners.
2. You may rotate the textbox for a better effect.
3. Save the document and close it.
4. Reopen the document

Actual Results:
The textbox is not rotated. Furthermore, it lacks the blue border. It looks like the textbox gets decomposed into two parts (a frame and something).

Expected Results:
The textbox is restored as a real textbox again, and it will stay rotated.

The bug reports you refer to, are about doc(x)-files. 

I can confirm your bug, if I save it as docx.

Please specify step 3.

If step 3 is about saving as docx, I would treat it as a duplicate of bug 82627.

Yes, you're right. When saving to .odt, it works fine, while saving to .docx, it doesn't.

bug 82627 is not about saving, it's fileopen.
Filesave docx is bug 128830.
