Description:
Skia: Impress templates are black&white

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate Skia
2. Open a new Impress presentation
3. Look at templates in Templates window. It are b&w

Actual Results:
b&w templates

Expected Results:
normal color templates


Reproducible: Always
