Desktop icon is blank sheet

I was on 6.2.8 and wanted to look if bugs are resolved on the 6.4.x version, but sadly no. Furthermore the Desktop icon is now a blank sheet, see the attachment here for illustration.

I've had this issue since 6.4. I'm on the latest stable release and it still persists. I'm on Windows 10 and it only impacts limited user accounts from what I can see.  My admin account shows the correct desktop icon (not blank).

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

I uninstalled 6.4.1.2 and installed 6.2.8 new and the issue was gone.

Does that already help you or do I have to test that?

I installed 6.4.4 and the issue still persists. I did a restart and deleted my user profile, but nothing helps. 

I beg for help.

I just installed pre version 7.0.0.1 and desktop icon is working, seems to be fixed somehow.

Thank you for reporting the bug. I can not reproduce the bug in
7.1.0.0alpha0+ or 6.4.6.2
