Description:
Instead of navigate through the items in the selection list with arrow keys it selects one and closes the list having to open it again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a simple list (foo, bar and baz from A1 to A3)
2. Select D columns -> Menu Data -> Validity...
3. Criteria tab -> Allow: Cell Range. Select source the simple list.
4. Choose some D cell (for example D3) and click on the arrow function (or right click -> Selection list)
5. Now when navigate with up/down arrow keys the option is select but the selection list is closed

Actual Results:
The first option is selected and the selection list is closed.

Expected Results:
Navigate through the items of the selection list until hit Enter.

This issue looks like a duplicate of:

Bug 130325 - When navigating validity dropdown using the arrow keys, the first
option from the list is chosen right away

Should be fixed with LO 6.3.6/6.4.2.
