Description:
The highlight color was blinking when I moved the mouse pointer over the palette.

When I select a color in the color picker, the palette always flashes continuously
This problem occurs with every software in Libre Office including Write, Calc, Impress

Error function name: Font Color and Background Color
Device Information:
Windows 10 64-bit Pro 1909
Version Libre Office: 6.4.5.2 (x64)

Actual Results:
When I select a color in the color picker, the palette always flashes continuously

Expected Results:
Blinking if I choose a color in the palette

You can change to OpenGL rendering if GPU supported on your Windows system.

Otherwise the Skia (Vulkan accelerated or, 'raster' software only) rendering is enabled by default at the 7.0.0 release. And seems the buffering issue for the color pickers has been fixed in that release.
