Description:
Opening a PPS (File -> Open -> PPS) automatically starts the presentation (expected edit mode)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 166081 [details]
2. Launch LibreOffice Impress
3. Cancel the wizard
4. File open -> Select the download file
5. Presentation starts running
6. Press ESC -> Closes the instances. expected Edit mode

Actual Results:
File opens (in edit mode) expected.. but switched to presentation mode immediately.

See also goes in the same direction; different solution and maybe different context? Double clicking the file (not opening from inside LibreOffice)

I'll confirm for PPS and PPSX and remove needsUXEval. Requested is also how MSO behaves. 
This is a sort of regression from LO 3.3, because OO didn't start automatically for PPS. 

With all that, a duplicate.

This is by design (although Powerpoint doesn't autoplay the format is for presentation only). See also https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/251697/how-to-disable-showing-pps-as-presentation/ 
The proposed countdown in bug 74270 sounds like a good enhancement.
