Description:
When you have an image like background in a cell, and write an word from bottom to top in vertical, the last letter disappear.

When I want to click in the properties of table, adjust table width. It appears in grey like disactivated.

Actual Results:
Like I explain before.

Expected Results:
Works well

Is this Calc or Writer? 
And also, your version 6.3 is unsupported, please upgrade to 6.4.6 or 7.0.2.
We had a similar bug 128611 resolved from 6.4.
