Paste Bug Example Spreadsheet

This is an odd bug I found and I'm not sure how to describe is so please see the attached spreadsheet. I have a sheet for work where I paste words in column A and column B "double spaces" them. It has worked perfectly for years.
Since the upgrade to 7.0.2.2 not all the words I paste show up in column B unless I manually update using F9. When there are 39 words or more pasted into column A it works as expected. When there are 38 or less pasted into column A only (1/2 +1) show up. As an example, If there are 10 words pasted into column A 6 show up in column B ((10/2)+1).
Probably related to bugs #137060 & 137493

I think this is bug 137248. I can't reproduce it at 100% zoom, because when I scroll, the cells look fine, but when I'm at a low zoom level, I see the zeros, and bug 137248 is exactly a visual error (the zeros will show correct numbers after scrolling back and forth).
