Description:
When collapsing sidebar an empty space remains. The application content is not extended to the window border as it should be (see screenshot attached). Issue existis on current revision from master and on macOS at least.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO and select one of the LO applications (Writer, Calc, etc.)
2. Select a layout with sidebar
3. Collapse sidebar

Actual Results:
Empty space remains.

Expected Results:
Application content (e.g. Calc cells) are extended to the window border.


Reproducible: Always

Issue is still existing, but seems to visible for Chart sidebars only:

1. Open LO and select Calc
2. Select a layout with sidebar (sidebar visible)
3. Insert an arbitrary chart
4. Collapse sidebar using the arrow on the left side of sidebar

Issue exists with GTK too (see attached screenshot 1 prior to collapsing sidebar and screenshot 2 after collapsing sidebar).

I'm assuming the reported issue only affects charts, ie. only the chart sidebar is problematic. In that case we can probably consider this as a duplicate of bug 94322, but there are other similar issues like bug 103109 and bug 116838. In other words, something gets fundamentally broken after you open/close the chart sidebar while editing charts.
