tickoff_problem

Steps to reproduce:
* Create some table with many rows.
* Put the autofilter on the top row.
* Click the arrow that shows up on some column from the autofilter.
* Select a value to hide within the filter menu by ticking it off.

Expected behavior: should tick off when I click on the tickbox.

Actual behavior: the first click only selects the field. The second click ticks if off momentarily, but comes again ticked on immediately. Only the from 3rd click onwards will correctly check or uncheck the values.

Attached is a gif showing the problem.

This was implemented first in bug #116675 then later limited to autofilters in bug #139115.
