Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Insert a shape
3. Open animation sidebar
4. Add a new animation
5. Try to scroll to the bottom to click on the play button

-> Not possible

Same problem with LO 7.0.4 on Linux (KDE Neon).
Display resolution: 1024 x 768.

No problem with LO 6.4.

It will be available in 7.0.7.
