Have you already encountered this issue or do you have a parameter in the setting to activate ? Thank you in advance for your support and we stay at your disposal for any complement. Actual Results: No virtual keyboard appear. Expected Results: Virtual keyboard appear when you tap on a blank page in Writer. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: In Chrome or Edge or other Windows menus, everything work well.
What comment you need ?
I have opened the virtual keyboard in windows 7 Pro 64x, I have used it. I opened Writter new file, and the keyboard was still working properly
Ok thanks for the comment, but we don’t use Windows 7 as mentioned in the bug report. Under Win 10 when you open Writer the virtual keyboard doesn’t appear. Thanks to try with Win 10.
As an additional comment, under Win 10, if correctly configured in the settings the virtual keyboard appear automatically when you have text box (like when you write a sentence in Google search). This is how we use it on our tablet (and I think all the other users of tablets (Microsoft Surface like)).
Do you still reproduce this with LO 7.1.6 or brand new 7.2.1 ?
