Description:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a Writer document
2. Insert > Section (give it a name, and so on, and insert it)
3. Format > Sections
4. Select your section, and click the "Hide" checkbox
5. Press "OK"

Section is now hidden

6. Format > Sections
7. Select your section, and click the "Hide" checkbox to de-select it
8. Press "OK"

Expected result: the section is visible again
Actual result: the section remains hidden and will not be visible again until the document is reloaded

The section also becomes hidden if you check the "Hide" box and set a condition, even if that condition is not met: If the condition is "HIDE==1", it still hides the section even if HIDE = 0.
