PDF file with AES-256 encryption

I have attached two files: encrypted  with 128 bit key (RC4) and with 256 bit key (AES-256).
Draw can open files with RC4 encryption, but not with AES-256. 
Other viewers such as Adobe Reader, Edge, Chrome / Chromium, Firefox, Evince, Okular, and GIMP accept AES-256 encryption. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file with Draw the password for both files is abc. 
2. Open attached file with any of above viewers.

Current behaviour: 
1. We get the message “Version incompatibility. Incorrect file version. “. After press OK as expected we get the second message: “General Error. General input/output error.”

Expected behaviour:
1. Draw opens the file
