[Not sure which of the possible summary-keywords is the correct one] In the Animation-Tab of the sidebar, you can animate parts of your slide. Changing the Start-value of the first item in the animation-list in any way (for example from "With previous" to "On click") unselects it after a short freeze. It might also happen with other objects in your animation-list, but I've mainly noticed it with the first elements. This is kind of annoying as it can disrupt your workflow repeatedly. What I did before the bug happened: 1. Add animations (without delays) on other slides 2. Select 10+ arrows on this slide 3. Order them properly using drag&drop 4. Make all of them appear "after previous" 5. Try to change their delay-value. I tested with attachment 180196 [details] from your bug 142633, but the object does not get unselected for me. Does it still behave like this for you in 7.3? This was incorrectly marked as a duplicate.
