=========================================

I open an empty writer- file, press CTRL+F4, a password dialogue for the Mysql database appears. After entering the password, libreoffice crashes.
Comment 1 georg.weickelt 2021-06-04 11:39:10 UTC
The connected Mysql database alone does not crash when opened.
Comment 3 Roman Kuznetsov 2021-07-28 20:00:51 UTC
How linked a writer document and a mysql database?

Writer just closes an empty document when I try press Ctrl+F4 shortcut
Comment 4 georg.weickelt 2021-07-29 04:43:12 UTC
The database is registered as an address data source.
I was wrong: The shortcut is Shift+Strg+F4
Comment 5 Roman Kuznetsov 2021-07-31 19:42:16 UTC
can you provide some mysql data base example file(s) with password for checking on our side?
Comment 6 georg.weickelt 2021-08-02 05:25:09 UTC
Today I tried it again - it no longer crashes. So it probably won't make sense to send a sample file.
Comment 7 georg.weickelt 2021-08-02 05:45:13 UTC
That was too early! I had registered a copy of my address database( to test the whole thing again. It does not crash, even if I insert the original database into an empty document and open the data source.
Then I unregistered the copy again - and it crashes again when I open the data source.
I have now simply registered another data source and can work with it.

Georg, do you still have the problem? Could you try it with layesy 7.4 or 7.5 LibreOffice version?
Comment 10 georg.weickelt 2023-05-09 10:51:05 UTC
I haven't even thought about it any more - or I've written letters too rarely. I can no longer understand the crash with version 7.5.3.2.
Comment 11 Roman Kuznetsov 2023-05-09 11:04:05 UTC
So, let's close this one as wfm
