Select the heading and text of nr 0 and 1 on page 1 3. Format -> Paragraph -> Text flow tab 4. Uncheck keep with next paragraph 5. scroll down. So you see the 'gray area separating pages and part of page 2) 6. Select the heading at nr 2 7. Format -> Paragraph -> Text flow tab 8.
