Description: The fix for bug 137741 added fields to the navigator and the "Navigate by" feature in Writer. Calc spreadsheets can also contain fields (like Date, Document name and Sheet name), but they are not listed in the navigator. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Calc 2. Open the Navigator sidebar Actual Results: There is no "Fields" section Expected Results: There is a "Field" section that would list existing fields, like in Writer. It seems as a valid request (+1 from my side) but let's ask UX-team and Jim Raykowski about it
Sure, valid enhancement.
Problem is that Calc doesn't maintain a list of used fields (and should not). A field is just a possible cell content if a cell is an EditCell and opening the Navigator's Field section you certainly don't want to scan all cells whether they have such.
