I've been asked to report if this long-existing bug remains in the latest version of LibreOffice, 7.2.4.1 (Mac OS X 10.14.6). It does. A reminder: After setting "Freeze Rows and Columns", if you drag the lower or right-hand frame edge too far up or left (approaching or entering the frozen area) the rows and/or columns will unfreeze.
