hi, let's call it a challenge: developers can bring up reasons why, from their aspect, it is not necessary to allow the writers -- people using libreoffice (I dislike the term "users") -- to change the font size in the navigator window... then those arguments could be matched with counter arguments on the writers' side :) and in the end we will see which size's arguments are on top of the stack :) okay, here is one: every device, every application, starting with the browsers, allows us to customize the view, and it is an extremely easy thing to do, like hitting CTRL+ + Libreoffice's Writer application should not be any different in terms of this... -- PS: We do understand that back in the day, it was important, while establishing identity, to NOT copy the UGLY Big brother's application in any respect... but those times are past... and Libreoffice is no longer behind MS OFFICE..., so now, there is simply zero reason to treat Navigator as a neuralgic spot anymore :) anyway, the point is liberation, isn't it? :) * * * thank you for developing Libreoffice * * *
I've read this three times and can not understand what you are asking for. Change font size of what? The user interface (bug 101646)? Or the current paragraph with focus? Or Zoom-in (available just set a shortcut).
I read Peter's request as "make the font size in the Navigator zoom-able". If this is correct, we should focus on bug 101646 and not zoom left and right differently. If not, please reopen. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 101646 ***
