Description: I have been working on converting a large number of phone screenshots to PDF, and I tried to use Impress because that was what I was finding on internet searches to do. However, the volume of screenshots (over 800) very nearly made Impress crash multiple times. It froze for about 30-60 seconds every time I selected something or clicked something, then it eventually loaded and I could continue, only to have it freeze again at the very next step. The final PDF, which seemed to work fine in Impress PDF viewer, cut off the screenshot images to the size of the original Impress slides when viewed with Acrobat. I would much rather have these screenshots opened into a Writer document because I feel it produces a cleaner-looking end result and because I feel Writer is a more robust program that is better able to handle a large volume of data; but because there is no functionality to create or insert sequential photos or a photo album in Writer the process is slow and laborious, with having to manually insert a screenshot on every page, and remember there are hundreds of pages in this project so I am looking at hours if not days of work. While I understand it makes sense to have this functionality in Impress, I feel it would be very useful to expand the functionality of photo albums into Writer as well.
