Description:
This regression means the Gallery sidebar does not show when using the menu item "Insert > Media > Gallery".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a LibreOffice component (Writer, Calc...)
2. Click on "Insert > Media > Gallery"
3. Repeat

Actual Results:
The action might completely collapse the sidebar or expand it, but will never switch to the Gallery sidebar like it used in versions before LO 7.2.

Expected Results:
The Gallery sidebar opens and gets focused. If the sidebar is collapsed, it expands.

Note that, although they sound similar, this issue is distinct to Bug 148125, They appeared at different times and relate to different controls.

This got fixed by the same commit as bug 149050, let's mark as duplicate.
