For "paragraph text area" in Vertical "to" control in Position and Shape tab (Shape) [1] and Type tab (Image). [2]

The wording 'height of the paragraph' is not helpful at all. What is the 'height'? Actually it spans from the bottom edge of the top-padding area to the top-edge of the bottom-padding area.

For "Vertical" position, if Header/Footer are present, then this affects the region used for positioning (i.e., not just page padding).

This patch is for "page text area", but this ticket is "paragraph text area"
