I never tried to bibisect so I don't know how are configured the builds. Anyway I suppose it's due to the fact I use --enable-dbgutil in my autogen.input
Produced Steps Followed : 1.create new document. 2.I type something. 3.Then save the document in ODF format, no warning given by the libreoffice 7.4.0.0. Environment : System OS ---> Linux Mint 20.0 In LibreOfficeDev-7.4.0.0.alpha0_2022-01-23-x86_64.
