Format cells is at the bottom of right-click menu, below Sparklines. 
Is there a reason for that? 
It's more used, so I guess it should be higher, like above Clone Formatting.

We place the properties dialog at the bottom of the context menu to make it easier to find. In Writer it's page style or table properties etc., depending on the context, Impress has slide properties... See also bug 119398
