Open "Insert Index Entry"dialog (Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Index Entry) Notice the option (in bottom third of dialog): "Apply to all similar texts" The word "similar" seems wrong/misleading for this option, because it implies a "similarity" search. The actual behavior is to match string that is identical to the entry. Propose to rename label to: "Apply to all other occurrences"
Now that Insert Index Entry is in focus and largely updated, it is a good time to have this small point in the dialog UI considered.
No objection; but I also see not much benefit.

Discovered post facto that the help page also describes it as "Automatically marks all other occurrences of the selected text...", so at least now the label matches the help. (-: Added tooltip as well.
