Description:
Currently the comment background colors in Writer seem to work in a way where every user has a color to differentiate comments from different users at a glance. That is very nice in theory, however it is severely hindered by the fact the colors seem to be assigned randomly every time the document is loaded, meaning you cannot depent on comments in specific color being from a specific person.

I propose there be a mechanism for assigning a color to a user, so that the comments are simple to differentiate between multiple sessions as well.
