In the keyboard shortcuts pane of the Customize dialog, we see a list of all defined shortcuts. But - it's sorted by the key combination, not by the command. Sometimes one wants the other sort order, or one wants to see all possible key combinations without a defined command.

Definitely not a dupe of 154609 - column sorting and search box are different things. As for 115527 - maybe that's a valid suggestion, but this bug suggests a tweak of the current design, not a new one. If 115527 is being actively worked on, then you could close this one as invalid - but I don't know that that is the case.
