Sample file illustrating the crash when modifying a defined name

This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-ecf1abf9-a237-46b6-a26a-f37b356c3efd.
=========================================

When trying to change the value of a defined name via the Managing Names / Define Names dialog ( Sheet -> Named Ranges and Expressions -> Define ) then LO crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached file
2. Open the Managing Names dialog (Ctrl + F3)
3. Click on the name Mwst_lwl and in field Range or formula expression add a digit e.g. 5 to the 1,09 and press Enter.
4. LO crashes

Tested with clean profile and couldn't reproduce either. Even with my normal profile I couldn't reproduce it now with this file. Yesterday and several weeks ago LO crashed consistently. Ok, now LO crashed again (with my normal profile) when I had around 27 files open (mostly Calc documents).

And here is the crash report when LO crashed with clean profile: https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/baae4e24-40b7-4323-9126-095c9c50a067

To crash LO with clean profile it was necessary to edit the value twice and have many files open.
