The Title page Help page does not describe the elements of the dialog. Instead it is a user guide for title page. So 1) split the help page into one page for the dialog and a second for the guide. 2) add help page for definition of each widget of the dialog. 3) link the 2 pages 4) fill extended tips in the UI dialog (core).
