Description:
If I duplicate a worksheet, the duplicate will contain all comments twice.
One correctly points to the right cell the other one points somewhere randomly (it seems).
I cannot delete the "wrong" comment, if I try, the "right" comment (pointing to the correct cell) will be deleted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cell comment, set it to always show
2. Duplicate the worksheet


Actual Results:
The duplicated worksheet will have comments duplicated.

Expected Results:
The duplicated worksheet should be identical to the original.
