Open the start center and hit F1. Result: Nothing happens. Expected result: Help page opens in browser. The menu entry "LibreOffice Help F1" indicates that F1 is the assigned shortcut. The start center has no customizable keyboard shortcuts.
Confirmed, sort of. <F1> upon SC opening to its default thumbnail view (aka the backing window FWK_HID_BACKINGWINDOW ) does not respond with a help article local install or online. I do reach the startcenter.xhp if I first <Shift>+F6 to move focus out of the thumbnail views of the SC backing window and onto the tab bar. Likewise if I click the SC 'Help' button. While with F10 onto main menu, an F1 opens the Picklist help.
