I tried to understand what you are doing, but failed:
Opened Calc (Component you have chosen)
Then Insert → Form Control → Text Box
(because I don't understand what the rectangle should be).
And: There is no possibility to set a hyperlink property.

Please add a description step by step.

Ok. Thanks for looking into it. I apologize for my bad description.

Steps to repoduce:
(my installation is in german. so i hope the words i use in english do match)

1. Start new Calc-Document
2. Insert/Form..Shape/Symbol/Moon (I am sure any other shape will do as well)
3. Mark Moon with mouse
4. Press CTRL+K (Insert Link)
5. Set link URL to http://www.duckduckgo.com (any other link will do as well)
6. Press Ok
7. Try link by clicking on moon while CTRL is pressed.
8. Mark Moon again
9. Press CTRL-C for copying moon-shape
10. Press CTRL-V for inserting moon-shape copy
11. Press CTRL-K for editing link....-> no link
Expected behaviour: Moon-Copy also keeps link to www.duckduckgo.com
Observed behaviour: Link on Moon-Copy is lost.

Inserting a link into a shape seems to be only possible in Writer and Calc. It won't work in Draw. So might be it is a special addon. Don't know where it is saved, but it isn't a part of the shape for default.

I could confirm this feature won't be copied with the shape in Calc and in Writer. It doesn't work also in LO 7.4.7.2. So I set the version to this earlier version. Might be it never works…
