What is the actionable meaning of this report? It seems overly broad.
Given we have unsupported features from ODF 1.2/SVG at 25.2 with our 1.3 extended support it seems reasonable to at least track in BZ what elements of ODF 1.4 will be unsupported and where dev effort and/or tender action can be organized. The 2024 TDF tendering budget item as proposed [1] lays out issues to be addressed.
