- Open empty writer document - Create 7x7 table - Merge cells op upper row to one. - Hit Ctrl-a and select whole table - Hit Ctrl-Enter and create a new page - Put cursor on top of the new page - Paste table result: four rows are pasted and not seven. found workaround: first insert one empty line on new empty page and paste under that line. Then it works as expected. Very effective not elegant/intuitive. Excusez moi! On the Windows (11) I tested it the LO version is 24.08.03 and not the same as on the linux machine. But the behavior is exactly the same..
I confirm it with Version: 25.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 6c640ee2662318f32a22d8293ad7498109681933 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL threaded Additional information on actual result: Table is pasted on a second page, created before page break. That is the more general problem: If you copy a table and paste it on a new page after page break, it is pastd before page break
