Steps:
1) Open Chart-background-labels.xlsx

Result:
Background colors of X and Y axes are not displayed.


Expected result:
Background colors of X and Y axes are displayed.

X and Y axis have been set in Excel by:

Right click on axis → Format axis → Background and Line → Background → Full background → choose some color

Chart title, subtitle; and axes titles have background displayed, but axis values not.

The Y axis properties dialog does not have a Background tab to set this sort of font background color, so this is a missing feature.
