Description:
This bug originated in the latest LO 24.8.2.1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file with at least two spreadsheets, having each some conditional format set on them.
2. Open the conditional formatting dialogue box and change something, then apply it.
3. Switch to the other sheet and open the same dialogue box.

Actual Results:
The dialogue box contains the conditional formatting from the sheet that you used at point 2.

Expected Results:
It should present the conditional formatting applicable on the current sheet.
