Description:
Sheet...Delete Cells
will not allow "Shift Cells Left" when multiple cells, same column, different rows are selected.

Actual Results:
Select multiple cells in the same column and hit "ctrl-"

Expected Results:
2 "Shift Cells" are greyed out

I was able to reproduce this bug with the same result as your screenshot.
