Description:
Since updating to LibreOffice 24.8.3, I noticed a regression in the way cell comment previews are displayed when hovering over a cell.

Previously, the preview of a cell comment was formatted and sized based on the adjustments made in the comment edit window. However, in this new version, the preview no longer respects these settings. This disrupts workflows that rely on consistent comment formatting.

The current behavior introduces inconsistencies, such as incorrect line breaks, unexpected tab stops, and an inability to control the size and layout of the preview. Additionally, the comment preview now includes a timestamp that is not present when the comment is fully opened, further adding to the inconsistency.

It seems that users no longer have control over these aspects of the comment preview, which significantly impacts usability and readability.

Suggestions for Improvement:
- Ensure the comment preview respects the formatting and sizing adjustments made in the comment edit window.
- Provide an option to toggle the inclusion of the timestamp in the comment preview.
- Maintain consistent behavior between the comment preview and the fully opened comment.
- Allow users to adjust the layout, including line breaks and tab stops, directly or via settings.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Calc (version 24.8.3) on (best on Windows 11 Home, Version: 24H2 Build: 26100.2605)
2.Create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one.
3.Select a cell and add a comment (right-click → Insert Comment).
4.Edit the comment to adjust its formatting and size (e.g., line breaks, font size, and alignment).
5.Hover over the cell to view the comment preview.

Actual Results:
The preview ignores the formatting and size adjustments.
The text appears with inconsistent line breaks and tab stops.
A timestamp is displayed in the preview, but it is not present when the comment is fully opened

Expected Results:
The comment preview should match the formatting and size adjustments made in the comment edit window.
