Use kf5 or kf6.

1. Open attachment 189827 [details]
2. Tools - SQL
3. Check 'Show output of "select" statements'
4. Give this command and click Execute: SELECT "Articles"."artLibel", "Articles".* FROM "Articles"
5. Scroll up and down the results

You will see line traces, as if the box borders would leave them.

Reproduced. The rendering artifacts disappear when triggering a repaint, e.g. by moving the mouse pointer around a bit.
