Description:
When trying to open ANY PDF in Libreoffice Draw and LO-Writer has any .odt opened, Libreoffice Draw ALWAYS gives the error and fails to open PDF:

“General Error.
General input/output error”.

How to reproduce:

1) Start LO-Writer BEFORE LO-Draw, and open an .odt document. It is important that LO-Writer is started BEFORE LO-Draw.
If the order is reversed, the bug may not be reproduced.
2) Open any PDF in LO-Draw

Following the above procedure LO-Draw cannot open even the same PDF file it exported.

.ods and .xls, .txt and .odt are opened no problem in Writer and Calc wherever they are located on the same FS/machine/OS.

Draw opens .odg no problem, but cannot open .pdf from the same dir.
Therefore FS issues can be excluded.

Expected Results:
Open the PDF properly to edit in LO-Draw when Writer already running

Specifications:
FS - BTRFS (it is unknown if FS type makes any difference).
Ubuntu 24.04.1
LibreOffice 24.2.6.2 420(Build:2)

Same behavior both for the default v6.8 and Ubuntu's mainline v6.11.11 stable kernels.
16GB RAM
