Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachement 159163

Actual Results:
Notice artifacts (lines)

Expected Results:
No artifacts

I can also reproduce it with Skia/Metal so I think it is safe to assume that the  bug is somewhere in the Skia code.

Does anyone know if this occurs on Windows or Linux? Or is this only a macOS bug?

I don't know at this point, I have to check when I have a windows box at hand

Ouch, I reported this before.. It was a cross platform issue originally (see bug 161480)

Unsure about the current situation. I'm not seeing any issue rendering gif in the screencast here: attachment 198406 [details]
