Created attachment 198564 [details] Example document with custom list formatting on master slide When a master slide has numbering format settings, those do not override list style customizations on existing slides when the master slide layout is applied. Use case would be to reset list formatting on content copied from another slideshow, which has different list formatting. 1. Open attached slideshow 2. On the Properties sidebar, Layout section right click on the "Title, content" layout and select the "Apply to Selected Slides" menu item, or double click the layout. -> the list keeps the square bulleting, instead of the one defined on the master slide: red bullet image, square, sad smiley Version: 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: db6a6efdc49df054826e9019ebe955282de929a7 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded This request does not want to mimic similar behavior in PowerPoint, in fact the current behavior mimics it. But Word/Writer can reset custom list formatting when styles are applied (see bug 163870 and bug 162326) so this would be similar to that behavior.
