Hello Hunter,

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile (<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile>) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Does the problem still happen after a reboot after that environment variable has been configured?

Not sure whether it's a duplicated of bug 153131. it seems to be new in LibreOffice 25.2 considering the number or reports we are getting...

It most likely is. The spike of dupes is only because of the change that enables a11y by default, c5b6e3ac564c35aa10744d498b372fa5d4f68bf3.

Yes, that sounds plausible. It would be great of course if somebody that is affected by the issue on Windows 11 could double-check that, i.e. test the fix for tdf#153131, once a new enough daily build becomes available at [1].

Instructions for testing daily builds are at [2].
That would mean:

* install a daily build from 2025-02-11 or newer
* unset the environment variable SAL_ACCESSIBILITY_ENABLED again if you set that as a workaround earlier (and reboot so the change is applied)
* check whether the issue is fixed and report back here

Sequence used:

1 - Removed Accessibility ENV variable and rebooted

2 - Started Calc v25.2.0.3 and confirmed Cut-n-Paste hang problem returned

3 - Uninstalled v25.2.0.3 and rebooted

4 - Installed https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@tb77-TDF/2025-02-11_10.53.35/LibreOfficeDev_25.8.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86-64.msi

5 - created new spreadsheet and tried to Cut-n-Paste

Result: Cut-n-Paste worked as it should without hanging Calc
