Description: When Writer is in Web mode, e.g. "File > New > HTML document", the "File > Reload" entry is missing. The "Reload" action works when bound to a hotkey, it is just missing from the menu bar. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Writer 2. File > New > HTML document. Remark: Opening an existing HTML document does not currently put writer into HTML mode on Linux. 3. Inspect the "File" menu. Actual Results: No "Reload" entry. Expected Results: Expected to find a "Reload" entry. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Tested with Linux (Open Suse Leap 15.6) and Windows 11.
