Description: In Web mode, writer does not treat Heading 1 as outline level. It can be fixed in "Tools > Heading Numbering", but it resets when the file is closed and reopened, or when it is reloaded by the "Reload" action. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Writer 2. File > New > HTML document. Remark: Opening an existing HTML document does not currently put writer into HTML mode on Linux. 3. Create a "Heading 1" and "Heading 2" paragraph. 4. Press F5 to open the navigator. Actual Results: Only the "Heading 2" paragraph is shown. Expected Results: Both the Heading 1 and the Heading 2 paragraph should be shown, with the Heading 2 paragraph as a subitem of the Heading 1 Paragraph. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version on Linux ---------------- Version: 25.2.0.3 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: e1cf4a87eb02d755bce1a01209907ea5ddc8f069 CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Flatpak Calc: threaded Version on Windows ------------------ Version: 25.2.0.3 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: e1cf4a87eb02d755bce1a01209907ea5ddc8f069 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_AT); UI: en-GB Calc: threaded
