Description:
Dell Studio 17 laptop (originally Vista OS but upgraded to W10 Home a long time ago)
Recently reinstalled W10 Home OS and LO 25.2.0.3
LO won't open in regular or Safe Mode, citing MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME.DLL not found. Hmmm...
Re-downloaded LO 25.2.0.3 and reinstalled but same problem.
Removed program and installed 24.8.5.2 as suggested on blog and everything seems fine. Wanted you to know. Thank you for a great product (seriousl).

I instead installed LO 24.8.5.2 and all works fine

Packaging issue with the 25.2.0.3 release build, corrected for the 25.2.1.2 release out this week.
