It's not only a matter of "soft" usability but a serious issue in case the duplicated "Standard" palette. Switching to the intended palette is not kept and the first item will always be active. I don't use the Portable app flavors, but as we'd implemented translated color names localization for bug 105000 expect they need to be provided in some fashion for the non-configurable packaging. This seems like a Portable apps packaging issue for John H. to tackle. => NOB
