This is a followup to bug 45946 The new command does not have a shortcut assigned to it. In Word, a similar command has Ctrl+Shift+F9. This is used already for the "Update Input Fields" command, so another one needs to be found. Customer suggested Ctrl+Shift+F2 since Ctrl+F2 is used to open the Fields dialog, so that is somewhat related.
