Reproduction:

1. Create a Writer document
2. (Ensure that Default Page Style direction is LTR)
3. (Ensure that Footnote paragraph direction Inherit superordinate object)
4. Insert a Footnote
5. Change the Default Page Style direction to RTL

Expected results:

After step (4.), the footnotes appear on the left side of the page.
After step (5.), the footnotes appear on the right side of the page.

Actual results:

After step (4.), the footnotes appear on the left side of the page.
After step (5.), the footnotes remain on the same side.


Note that there's also bug 133818 regarding the footnote separator.

Note that every person who introduces footnotes to a right-to-left document in Writer experiences this bug, for every document (unless they use a custom template).

I wonder - what is the superordinate object of footnote paragraphs?
